Carbonated Backpack - FAQ (Frequently asked questions)

This model is great for the larger bars and large event caterers who want to serve cold draught beer or any carbonated beverage. This backpack takes away the inconvenience of ice, containers and awkward refrigerators that hardly work half the time. Not only can you serve beer and soda from this backpack, but you can easily use it for non-carbonated drinks. Excellent backpack to introduce and sell new beer brands at stadiums, trade shows, samplings etc.

Keg Club Backpacks can be designed to look like your beer can (minimum qty orders required)

How does the Carbonated Backpack Work?

We like to make sure that you know what you’re doing when using one of our Carbonated backpacks so we supply you with clear and concise instructions and drawings when you’ve purchased a backpack. Remember, we’re not just an internet website so you can call one of our representatives and they’ll walk you through it.

In short, the 3-gallon keg is filled with your carbonated beverage of choice, pressurized so that the beverage can be pushed out and then pull the trigger on the dispensing hose and gun and serve.

Our sleek Carbonated Backpacks are shipped to you in one box which includes the backpack, 3-gallon stainless steel keg, 12 volt regulating air pump, complete dispensing hose with gun, cup dispenser and money pouch.

Every Keg Club Backpack comes with a heavy vinyl money pouch which is directly attached to the harness assembly of the backpack. It’s not a piece of string wrapped around your waist. The pocket lids are Velcro to ensure no chance of theft or pick pocketing.

What types of beverages does the Carbonated Backpack dispense?
The Keg Club Carbonated backpack is used to dispense draught beer or any carbonated beverage like Coke or Pepsi. To keep the beverage cold while the vendor is dispensing use our ice packs which fit nicely around the keg and keep your beverage cold.
Is their anything else I should know about the Carbonated Backpack?
Due to the fact that the beverage is carbonated, you need to do a keg transfer whether it be pop or beer. We find that some of our customers already have the necessary equipment to do a keg transfer, but if you don’t, then don’t worry, Keg Club can sell you all the necessary equipment to do it right. Buying our backpack is like buying a turnkey operation. Generally, the rule of thumb is that one keg transfer kit is required for every three to five backpacks. This brings down the price dramatically.
