Order and Lead Time

For orders of 20 pieces or less we can ship immediately. For larger quantities, please contact a Keg Club representative for details.

Please allow 4 weeks for custom sample backpacks and custom backpack quantity orders.


Payment

All orders are to be 100% prepaid - money order, certified cheque, wire transfer or irrevocable confirmed letter of credit or by credit card; Visa; Master Card; American Express. 

On orders of 40 or more, 50% deposit is required at time of production and 50% at time of shipping.


Shipping

All shipments are prepaid and added to the invoice.  For customers in North America we will ship via UPS Standard Ground, which is generally 5 business days.  Next Day and Second Day shipments via UPS will be processed at the customer’s expense. 

For freight that is oversized and for our international customers we will ship to you using common carrier. All international shipping is quoted "Airport to Airport" or “Door to Door”.

DO NOT SIGN for shipment until you are satisfied there is no apparent theft or damages.  If damage or theft is apparent, note on the freight bill before signing and file a claim directly to the carrier within 5 days.  If there is concealed damage, notify shipper immediately.  Be sure to save shipping cartons until a final inspection has been made.


Warranty

All products are fully warranted against defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of sale.  Defective parts, subject to our inspection, will be replaced or repaired during the warranty period.  All labor and/or loss of sales must be borne by the purchaser.
